Kay soo :/ Im a lil over weight, and I want to lose it, and as fast as possible?
Sex:Female...Age:14
Kay so as I said im a lil over weight and I want...NO need to lose it as fast as possible like maybe 20 pounds before april....o_o and Im not sure how to do that, yeah see I barley eat during the day maybe a Small bag of chips for lunch and then when I get home, I eat something like noodles or pork chops w/rice or even just a sand witch for dinner then I eat like 3-4 snacks before I go to sleep..such as more chips or ice cream or toast....and I drink ALOT of pop like 2-3 cans a day(I, know, I know..horrible)
Ok so here is my schedule for a school day(bed time, what I eat/ drink)
Mornings-up around 7:30-7:40 and I cant ever eat breakfast or I get sick in the morning
When school starts-8:40
Math class: 10:00(This is usually when I have my first pop
Lunch:I eat a bag of ships, with another or the same pop from earlier.
Home time:3:15..gets home at 3:30 (I walk home) Then I eat something like leftovers from the night before
Dinner: ranges from 5-7
and I have another pop
Evening: first snack 8-8:30 ...second snack 10-10:30...third snack 12:00usually don't have 3) I usually have a few glasses of milk with my snacks
When I go to sleep 1:00 am
And gaa I just don't know what to do, I cant help but eat if Im drawing or watching a movie or something and I aways..n I mean ALWAYS have to have something to drink, weather Im eating or not.
and I do exercise as much as possible, I have a gym membership and everything and I exercise 1 a day on week days and nearly 3 times a day on weekends. and Im still fat :'( Help me give me suggestions I want to look good be skinny again..i use to be skinny,..but I want to lose 20 pounds before April without expensive diets and pills n what not.
Ehh but I exersize like for 50 mins once a day .....ugh.
